Our Central Services team provides centralised support to the Group. A career with us provides the chance to work with colleagues across our global offices. We provide support across technology & business systems, communications & marketing, finance and general office administration.

Role overview:

As People & Payroll Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the People Team, as required, together with taking day to day responsibility for certain duties, including payrolls and benefits administration. This role will provide insight into all aspects of a people function and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career further in payroll, reward or people operations. While attention to detail is a key success factor, the ability to work in a dynamic environment is essential.

Job accountabilities:

  • Preparation of payrolls for different jurisdictions
  • Administration of pensions in different jurisdictions
  • Updating of insurance policies relating to employee benefits
  • Ensure the entire leaving process for all exiting employees is completed within the required timeframe
  • Day to day administration of the probationary assessments to include the timely sending out of the forms, chasing as required and preparation of the end of probation letters
  • Assist with the preparation of salary review, bonus and promotion letters for all offices
  • Respond to queries relating to holidays and absence
  • Assist with the preparation of employee contracts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data, including employee records
  • Help ensure HR activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment with overall HR and organisational goals

Minimum education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or another related field desirable
  • Be working towards, or hold, CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice is desirable
  • Relevant generalist HR experience, or demonstrable transferrable experience from either education or work

Required skills:

  • Exceptional (verbal and written) communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • A positive attitude and the ability to deal with staff at all levels
  • Team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
