Our Central Services team provides centralised support to the Group. A career with us provides the chance to work with colleagues across our global offices. We provide support across technology & business systems, communications & marketing, finance and general office administration.

Role overview

The tasks within roles at this level will be moderately difficult, however will be similar in nature – one off projects may also form part of the role. Minimal supervision will be given to roles at this level during the completion of routine day to day activities, however closer supervision may be given on other ad hoc duties. There will be some basic decision making required within these roles and the areas that these decisions will impact on will include the immediate team.

These roles may also have some influence over decisions which affect their immediate team and may have a minimal level of control within the department. Negotiation and/or influencing skills may be required on an occasional basis. Roles at this level may assist with supervising a small team of staff.

Responsibilities  

  • Assist in GBPS process improvements, UAT testing and implementation
  • Perform four-eyes review on the projects and BAU administration performed by the GBPS team 
  • Monitor the group mailboxes and tasks in Praxis’ systems to ensure that queries and tasks are being attended in a timely manner and according to SLAs
  • Allocation of tasks to team members and ensure the delivery of work according to the SLAs
  • Ensure weekly, monthly stats and all relevant daily logs are kept up to date
  • Monitor team’s performance through the KPIs, take relevant action to support them and escalate recurring performance issues to the manager for further remediation action
  • Assist in the preparation of various business and operational reports
  • Ensure good relationships and proper communication within the local team and also the relevant jurisdictions under your area of responsibility
  • Ensure process documentations and training materials for all processes are available and up to date 
  • Monitor the quality of the delivery and perform trend and root cause analysis to identify corrective errors
  • Run recurring refresher courses on all processes and promote continuous learning   
  • Engage with colleagues to mentor and coach on workload and improvements

Experience

  • Educated to 'A-Level' standard, or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years working experience in trust administration
  • Minimum of two years working experience as a Team Lead or supervisor
  • Experience in compliance related work is also desirable but not mandatory
