In 2025, we strengthened our regional presence by acquiring Sandshore Services Limited, an established Dubai-based corporate services provider. With over a decade of experience in the Gulf region, Sandshore specialises in supporting the setup and management of corporate structures, as well as offering bespoke wealth structuring and estate planning services to to individuals, families, and corporate clients.
This acquisition seamlessly integrates with our existing infrastructure, enabling us to offer licensed corporate services in mainland UAE as well as the ADGM, DMCC and RAKICC free-zones.
