In Abu Dhabi, the UAE’s capital, our office on Al Maryah Island benefits from the robust economic landscape driven by significant oil and gas reserves. We are proud to hold the distinction of receiving the first Trustee licence from the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority in 2016 and being the longest-standing holder of a Fund Administrator License in the ADGM, having been licensed since June 2017. We later expanded our services to include Company Service Provider (CSP) activities under the new framework introduced in 2021. This allows us to offer a full range of tailored financial and corporate services in an environment that values legislative and regulatory clarity based on Common Law.
