Jordon joined Praxis Yacht Services (formerly Sarnia Yachts) in 2018. After a brief back-office support role, he transitioned to the Crew Team where he provided crew management services for some of the largest yachts in our fleet.
In April 2024, Jordon was appointed as the Head of Crew Management. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all crew management services in the business, ensuring smooth operations, and providing necessary support for clients, captains, and crew.
Prior to joining Sarnia Yachts, Jordon worked in sports and was involved in operations at Guernsey's Indoor Sports Centre. During this time, he attained the ECB Level 2 cricket coach certification and conducted training sessions for the Guernsey Cricket Board.
