With over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ameer is a seasoned operations and fund administration leader specialising in closed-ended investment structures. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in the operational management of complex real estate and alternative investment funds, supporting structures across multiple global jurisdictions.
Prior to his current role, Ameer headed the closed-ended fund operations in the Middle East for a leading global fund administration firm, where he was responsible for establishing, scaling, and managing operations function in addition to leading strategic transformation initiatives, including large-scale system implementations, process reengineering, and operational automation programs.
Ameer has successfully built and developed teams, optimised operating models, and delivered sustainable operational platforms that support complex investment strategies and long-term business growth.
Qualifications
Ameer is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
