Alex joined Praxis in 2023 following two years working as a HR Administrator with another professional services firm in Guernsey. She has a particular interest in the HR function's role in supporting international companies, which makes her a natural fit for our global business. Alex is currently working in a varied role supporting all our offices with a particular focus on payroll and benefits.
Alex became an Associate Member of the CIPD in 2024, and completed a MSc International Human Resources Management in 2022.
