As Praxis grows and delivers its Group strategy, Jade supports and enables strategic and business change across the business, working with leaders and teams to drive continuous improvement, strengthen collaboration and help deliver key business priorities. She brings a practical, people-focused approach to embedding change and enabling sustainable outcomes.
Working across a range of initiatives, Jade helps the Group navigate change, engage stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve the way it works, ensuring people remain at the heart of transformation.
Career history
Jade has over 20 years' experience spanning operations, communications, marketing and business transformation. Prior to joining Praxis, she held senior leadership and director-level positions within Specsavers. She has also led communications and marketing functions, founded and ran her own successful marketing and communications consultancy, and worked with a wide range of stakeholders across commercial, operational and professional services environments.
Qualifications
Jade is a PRINCE2® Practitioner and holds a Foundation in Project Management, reflecting her expertise in delivering projects and supporting organisational change.
