Praxis appoints Group Head to lead corporate services expansion

Independent professional services group Praxis has announced the promotion of Ava Fairclough to Group Head of Corporate Services. Ava will steer the ambitious plans for the expansion of the Group’s corporate administration offering, building on its strong foundations in this sector.

Ava brings over 15 years of experience in the corporate services space to the role and is well-positioned to lead the division from the Group’s office in the City of London.

Encompassing both its in-house expertise and the deployment of market-leading technology, Praxis is making strategic investments to extend its funds business in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and enhance its company secretarial (CoSec) services in the UK and Jersey.

Future developments for the corporate services division include building out the corporate services element of Praxis’ new operation in Dublin, which was announced in April.

Ava’s leadership is bolstered by the support of Joshua Gallienne in London and Jake Le Brocq in Jersey who are spearheading the development of the packaged CoSec solutions that the Group rolled out in March to market.

Ava will also be working closely with Dan Toft in Dubai, who heads up the corporate services and private wealth teams in the Group’s Middle East operation, to build out the fund administration arm in ADGM.
