Tom Zierer recognised as a 2024 eprivateclient NextGen Leader
The peer-nominated annual list spotlights outstanding wealth management professionals in the UK and Crown Dependencies.
Formerly known as the Top 35 Under 35, the NextGen Leader accolade focuses on the number of years of qualified work experience rather than age, celebrating rising stars within the industry and the progress they have made throughout their careers. Just 88 individuals from the UK, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey were selected from the 500 nominated this year.
Judging is based on each nominee's qualities and achievements, with additional factors, including the firm’s reputation and any further contribution, such as voluntary work, mentoring, or advocacy within the industry also considered.
This recognition follows Tom’s inclusion in the eprivateclient (EPC) Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list earlier in the year.
Tom joined the team in Guernsey in 2013 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2023. He currently manages a team responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of high-net-worth private and corporate clients with a wide range of asset classes.
The Group is committed to giving its people the opportunity to learn and develop as future leaders, and Tom is a great example. He was instrumental in forming the local Institute of Directors’ NextGen Forum in early 2023 and subsequently being appointed as its first Chair.
Guernsey Director Donna Shorto said, "Tom thoroughly deserves this accolade. He is a highly-valued member of the senior management team here at Praxis, having been with the firm for over a decade, and continually demonstrates strong leadership. Congratulations, Tom!”
