Effrosyni has more than 10 years of experience working for law firms and corporate service providers in the financial services industry in both the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Her clients have included multinational companies, high net worth individuals, as well as global private equity firms, real estate funds and venture capitalists.
She has a wide experience in servicing holding and operational companies, guiding transactions, setting up structures and keeping her clients in good legal standing. Effrosyni is responsible for corporate advice, drafting transaction documents and assisting clients with implementing and organising holding and finance structures.
