John oversees daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring seamless team collaboration and driving projects to completion.
History
John joined Trireme Pensions, part of the Praxis Group, in Malta in 2019 as Operations Manager. His role included team management, overseeing business operations, regulatory reporting, and supporting the investment committee.
With over 13 years of experience in administration and business development across the global pensions sector—including UK SIPP/SSAS, QROPS/QNUPS, and EU and USA schemes—John has acquired a wealth of knowledge.
Before joining Praxis, he worked for two of Malta's largest international pension providers. He was a representative in the Malta Association of Retirement Scheme Practitioners, contributing to various internal committees. John holds a Diploma in Financial Advice from the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
Roles and responsibilities
John moved to Praxis' UAE division in 2021, where he was tasked with establishing a world-class end of service benefits solution. His responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance customer experience, leading the integration of new systems, and managing key accounts. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
