Joseph has previously held various roles in different industries, providing him with valuable pensions experience. Joseph also played a key role in optimising processes, implementing efficiency improvements, and troubleshooting issues to minimise downtime.
Joseph obtained his ACII which equipped him with advanced knowledge and technical expertise.
Roles and responsibilities
As a Pension Manager, Joseph oversees the administration and management of pension plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial best practices. His primary responsibility is to ensure that the pension fund is well-managed and able to meet its long-term obligations to plan participants.
Joseph leads a team of administrators and supervisors, providing day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making in Malta.
