Joshua is a qualified Chartered Secretary with over 15 years’ experience in the trust and corporate services sector.
History
Educated in Guernsey, Joshua began his career in 2009 as an assistant trust administrator at a local firm, where he completed the International Diploma in Financial Administration.
He went on to study for The Chartered Governance Institute Diploma and joined Praxis in 2012 as a trust administrator. In this role, he managed a broad portfolio of complex trust and company structures, with a particular focus on real estate for high-net-worth, ultra high-net-worth and corporate clients.
In 2017, Joshua relocated to London to help establish our UK private client and corporate services offering. As a senior manager, he led a small team and, during this time, completed an MSc in Corporate Governance at London South Bank University. He was admitted as an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute in early 2021.
Roles and responsibilities
Joshua was promoted to Associate Director in 2022 and joined the Board of UK Corporate Services. He was appointed Interim Managing Director in May 2022 and returned to his role as Director in January 2023.
He brings a strong history of success in leading and expanding client service teams; crafting, and executing strategic initiatives and operational frameworks, as well as building, nurturing, and managing key client relationships.
In August 2025, Joshua was promoted to Senior Executive Director. He is responsible for overseeing client relationships and the day-to-day operations of our London office.
