Lee is responsible for the growth and development of our global yacht services division. His responsibilities range from client-facing activities to back-office processes and efficiencies.
History
Lee joined Praxis in 2023 following the acquisition of Sarnia Yachts, where he was Chief Operating Officer. Before that, he worked for a software reseller, leading its finance team and helping guide the business through significant growth and building a new US venture.
Lee has been CIMA qualified for 10 years, gaining experience in various sectors, including wholesale and software. He worked in Paris for a medium-sized group, working within its group financial controlling team before heading back to the UK as a business controller for two of the group’s subsidiaries.
Roles and responsibilities
Lee is now responsible for the growth and development of our global yacht services division.
He leads a team of 25 in various locations around Europe and also works alongside colleagues across the Group to help offer all our clients the best solutions for their luxury assets.
He has a proven track record of developing innovative ideas to better support our clients and drive cost efficiencies.
About me
"Having played football all my life I now coach four to six-year-olds at Ringwood Town Football Club. Before having children, I also raced off-road speedway and grass track motorbikes in the UK. These days, I settle for riding my road bike for pleasure."
