Sophie has been a member of our yacht management team since July 2021.
History
Prior to her joining our yacht team, Sophie was Yacht Finance Manager at a boutique yacht management company. Before that she worked as a deck clerk/personal assistant to the captain and purser on the world’s second largest superyacht, travelling around the Caribbean and Croatian coast.
Sophie holds a BA in Accounting and Finance.
Roles and responsibilities
Sophie’s primary responsibility is to provide clients with timely and transparent financial expense management and to be a bridge between the vessel and the owning offices.
Her day-to-day responsibility is to manage all financial expenditures on the yachts and account for them so that they can be presented to the owning offices against a budget every month. She also manages Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) accounts during the charter seasons.
