Alex joined Praxis in 2023 following two years working as a HR administrator with another professional services firm in Guernsey.
History
She has a particular interest in the HR function's role in supporting international companies, which makes her a natural fit for our global business.
She also worked as a serious game master, where she developed a game to support employee engagement during online meetings, as well as implementing an employee total reward record at another professional services firm.
Alex became an Associate Member of the CIPD in 2024, and completed a MSc International Human Resources Management in 2022.
Roles and responsibilities
Alex is currently working in a varied role supporting all our offices, with a particular focus on payroll and benefits. This involves working alongside the People team to help standardise processes and policies across the Group.
In her role, Alex provides guidance and best practice advice to the business, as well as working to improve People team process to continuously improve delivery support to the business.
