Anita joined Praxis in 2022 with 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry, 17 of which within the Corporate Services sector, dealing with international structures and transactions.

Based in Malta, Anita is responsible for leading the Trust and Corporate services team, developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Anita has a proven track record in leadership and developing and managing teams, as well as setting up client services departments, including the implementation of processes across different departments.

Anita has worked in a number of financial and trustee services companies in Malta, focusing on team leadership, client relations and business development.
Anita holds a Certificate issued by the Malta Institute of Taxation in the Foundation Course in Taxation, a Foundation Certificate in Trusts Law and Management and a Masters of Business Administration through Henley Business School, University of Reading.
