Isabelle joined the Group in 2012 and is responsible for the management and administration of a variety of private client and family offshore structures.
History
Isabelle has more than 18 years' experience in the administration of companies and trusts gained working for private bank and trust companies in Geneva. Prior to joining the Group, Isabelle spent six years at RBC's trust division Roycan Trust Company SA. She was promoted to Senior Manager in January 2024.
She passed the STEP Diploma with distinction and also holds a Masters in Public Management, Economics and Political Science.
Roles and responsibilities
Isabelle is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of a variety of high net wealth individuals and family offshore structures.
Isabelle works on the creation and liquidation of structures (trusts and companies), dealing with complex structures. This involves understanding the tax regimes of the client's resident jurisdiction in the jurisdictions of incorporation of the entities within the structures.
She ensures compliance with our Group policies and procedures, Swiss regulatory and AML requirements, as well as understanding and managing compliance reporting obligations in relation to FATCA, CRS and Economic Substance in Switzerland.
