Isabelle joined the Group in 2012 and is responsible for the management and administration of a wide range of private client and family offshore structures.

Isabelle oversees the day‑to‑day management of complex structures for high‑net‑worth individuals and families, including the establishment and liquidation of trusts and companies.
Her role involves navigating multi‑jurisdictional considerations, particularly in relation to tax regimes affecting both clients' countries of residence and the jurisdictions of incorporation. She ensures full compliance with Group policies and Swiss regulatory requirements, including AML obligations.
Isabelle also manages international reporting responsibilities relating to FATCA, CRS, and Economic Substance, providing clients with confidence that their structures remain fully aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.
Career history
Isabelle has more than 20 years’ experience in the administration of companies and trusts, gained within private banks and trust companies in Geneva. Over the course of her career, she has developed deep expertise in managing complex cross‑border structures for private clients and families, with a strong focus on governance, regulatory compliance, and multi‑jurisdictional coordination.
She holds the STEP Diploma (with distinction) and three Masters degrees: a Master in Public Management, a Master in Economics, and a Master in Political Science.
