Career history
Jody began her HR career in 2018 and has since built experience across generalist HR and talent acquisition roles. Throughout her career she has expanded her expertise into talent acquisition, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, advising on workforce planning, and helping to shape candidate experience and employer branding.
Jody holds the CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Practice and CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management.
Role at Praxis
Jody joined Praxis in 2025, providing values-led HR guidance and operational support. Based in the Guernsey office, her role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver consistent and compliant HR services across the Group. She also contributes to local and Group-wide people initiatives, helping to strengthen engagement, enhance ways of working, and embed Praxis’ values in everyday practice.
