Jordon was promoted to Head of Crew Management in April 2024, where he now oversees all crew management services, ensuring smooth operations and providing comprehensive support to clients, captains and crew.
History
Jordon joined Praxis Yacht Services (formerly Sarnia Yachts) in 2018. In 2019, following a restructuring of client-facing teams, he transitioned from a back-office role to the crew team where he provided crew management services for some of the largest yachts in our fleet.
In September 2022, Jordon was promoted to Relationship Manager, Crew Employment & Payroll, a newly-created role focused on developing strong relationships with captains, crew and clients. This included yacht visits, regular calls and reviews to ensure top-tier service delivery. The role, which also formed part of the New Business team meant Jordon became responsible for onboarding new business, providing a successful handover to the wider ream where required.
Roles and responsibilities
As Head of Crew Management, Jordon oversees all aspects of crew services, from operations to client support. He actively engages with partners and key industry partners to better service existing clients and identify new business opportunities for yacht services and the broader Praxis Group.
