Keith is the Executive Chairman of Nerine International Holdings which was acquired by Praxis in 2018.
He has been involved in the international trust sector since 1974 with responsibility for various Nerine Group operations globally. He has extensive experience of establishing and administering client structures for international private clients including family offices.
Keith has also served as chairman, committee or board member of various industry representative bodies, including the Guernsey International Business Association, Guernsey Association of Trustees, GTA University Centre and STEP Guernsey Branch and was also a member of the Steering Group convened by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to formulate regulation of fiduciary business in Guernsey in 2000.
Keith also serves as an independent director of listed and private companies, and of regulated financial services companies.
He has been recognised in various honour lists as a leading trustee in the private client sector.
