Role at Praxis
Cindy joined Praxis in 2021, primarily as a client-facing business development manager to promote and market Praxis. She works closely with intermediaries such as law firms, accounting firms, private bankers, as well as HNWI clients for their worldwide corporate and trust structuring work.
In early April 2026, Cindy was promoted to Regional Head of Growth & Business Development Asia. In this role, she leads Praxis’ growth strategy across the region, with a focus on strengthening intermediary relationships and coordinating client engagement across Asia and the Group’s international network.
Career history
Cindy has over 15 years of experience in legal and corporate fiduciary services. She began her career with a Hong Kong-based law firm.
She then briefly worked for a listed company in the UK before relocating to Shanghai, working for an international offshore service provider where she developed and managed corporate and fiduciary services.
She gained vast experience with the Chinese market over eight years before relocating to Hong Kong in 2019. Cindy holds an LLB in Law and an LLM in Commercial Law, both completed in the UK. She is one of the few qualified TEPs in the Chinese market.
