Mark joined Praxis as Strategic Financial Adviser in early 2025.
Career history
Mark has over 40 years' experience, including as an audit partner in the London office of an international accountancy firm before taking on the role of CFO for a formerly London Stock Exchange listed international property business.
He was also a founding shareholder of an independent fund and fiduciary administration firm.
Role at Praxis
Mark is a Chartered Accountant with extensive financial leadership experience. Working alongside CFO Colin Smith, he is responsible for supporting the CEO and the Board with the development and implementation of the Group's strategy.
