Helen joined Praxis in early 2025, bringing more than 30 years of experience in private client services to our Jersey team.
Career history
Helen has dedicated her career in Jersey to supporting private clients. She has held executive board-level roles across a range of organisations including independent, bank-owned, and private equity-backed businesses.
Helen believes strongly that the independent ownership model is more appropriately aligned to the needs and objectives of private clients. Working closely with high-net-worth individuals and their families, Helen facilitates wealth and family governance structuring, navigating complex multi-jurisdictional tax considerations. She has built a reputation for having a deep understanding of the ever-changing UK tax landscape whilst developing trusted long-term relationships with top tier advisers and their client families, many of whom she has supported across generations.
An associate member of ICSA, Helen also holds an Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction.
Role at Praxis
Helen has a focus on internationally mobile clients, working collaboratively with families and their professional advisers to develop a range of strategies to achieve their asset protection, wealth preservation, estate planning and, where desired, philanthropic goals.
