Our Private Client and Corporate Services team works with our clients and their advisers, providing an efficient, informed and personal service. We provide a fast-paced, rewarding environment and opportunities to work with a variety of global clients across all major asset classes.

Role overview

This role will work within a team and report directly to the team leader. Full support will be given with regard to professional study if the successful applicant chooses to study for a relevant course – this training would be strongly encouraged.

Day-to-day administration of a portfolio of clients including trusts and companies dealing with a wide variety of arrangements which may be of a complex nature, supported by team leader and director.

Job accountabilities

  • Handling the set up and day-to-day administration of trusts and companies
  • Liaison with clients, professional advisers, intermediaries and government authorities both by telephone and in writing
  • Drafting minutes and resolutions and preparing documents in relation to both routine and complex transactions
  • Statutory work – ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintained
  • Entity reviews – carrying out annual reviews of all entities
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures
  • Ad hoc project work

Minimum education and experience

  • Five GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above to include English Language and Mathematics
  • Studying for a professional qualification is desirable but not mandatory as on the job training will be provided

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good numeracy and computer skills
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Good team player
  • Ability to work to deadlines with the minimum of supervision
  • A strong attention to detail and organisation
